LESS IS MORE

After we set our goal to produce the very best spirits we possibly could, we took a look at what made some of the world's most iconic spirits so popular. We noticed that the most forward and balanced spirits utilized less than ten ingredients in their recipes.Only the juniper is sourced from offshore (given it can't be grown well in New Zealand, all our other remaining ingredients and botanicals are grown entirely in New Zealand (most nearby and almost all wild). We keep close watch on the calendar to ensure we source and sustain all of our ingredients at peak freshness. Our commitment to producing the best extends to hand-picking and hand-peeling over a thousand fresh grapefruits and foraging for wild flowers on prickle-laden bushes.

FULL TRACEABLE BOTANTICALS

All of our ingredients are directly sourced through either wild foraging or organic farming, offering complete traceability of all ingredients and processes, from root to glass.

PRODUCED ENTIRELY ON ESTATE

Produced on-site at our very own bespoke distillery, we dehydrate, macerate, distill, and bottle entirely in-house, giving us complete quality control on everything we produce.

DISTILLED IN SMALL BATCHES

Each run is batch distilled in our small 120L handmade copper still. A truly boutique operation where every process and principle is controlled.
